This is Carol with her Dog, Sandy. I Sold Carol’s condominium in Diamond Bar and her Mom’s condominium also in Diamond Bar, several years ago. I located and sold them their home in Chino Hills and Diana Olmos, help them with getting the loan. Diana and I had known Carol and her mom for several year and where very sorry to hear when her mom past away this last year. John and Lorraine Purnell, Chino Hills, California
John and Lorraine Purnell are good friends, work colleague and clients. Lorraine is a loan processor and John is also in the lending field. For a number of years Lorraine had been Diana loan processor and did a great job with keeping track and getting the paperwork through the funnel. I sold the Purnell’s their home in the Butterfield area of Chino Hills and help them locate and purchase their present home in the Rolling Ridge area, also in Chino Hills. Tim Cook – Ontario, California
We met Tom Cook through a friend and fellow Realtor’s son. Tom was looking for a small home to call his own, Diana and I when over what Tom’s budget would be and the type of home he wanted. I found him a home that fits his needs and Diana find him a loan to fit his budget in Ontario, California, in a Plan community known as Creekside.
Tom Cook was a first time buyer and plans to stay with this home for a long time.

Alberto Roca and Daughter - San Bernardino, California
Alberto Roca and his family have been long time clients of ours. We first met the Roca’s when they were renting an apartment in Pomona, California. I sold them their first house and Diana got them their loan. Over the years, the Roca’s have brought and sold several properties, from single family homes to apartment buildings. Alberto has managed their properties himself and made sure the properties where well maintained.
I just sold their 8 unit apartment building in San Bernardino this year, 2011, and we are on the hunt to see what’s next. Diana and I would like to thank the Roca family for being great clients and friends.
Ruben Cervantes- San Bernardino, California
I first met Ruben and his wife, Dora, several year ago while I was walking and talking to people in a area of homes in Ontario,
California. Ruben had been wanting to move to an area where he could buy a big lot and start a small landscaping business.
I sat down with him and we went over the numbers to see if we sell their home, could we find the property he wanted. We then
went out and found an area in San Bernardino where he could do just that, within the numbers we worked on.
The next step was to sell the house in Ontario so they could have the money to buy a lot. I put the house on the market and
with my marketing, we sold his home in a very short time and immediately made an offer on the lot closed escrow a few weeks later.
Ruben has since bought and sold another lot in the area and build the house where he and his family now live.. The Cervantes’ family
have work hard for what they have and now are getting ready to put they boys through college.

Moises Dalgadillo – Beaumont, California
Diana and I have sold several homes for the Delgadillo family over the years, starting with their first condo in the city of Ontario in the county of San Bernardino. They now live in the city of Beaumont in the county of Riverside. Not only is Moises and the Delgadillo family our clients, but very good friends and part of our extended family.

Mr.and Mrs. Alfonso and Juana Vasquez - Chino Hills, California
I sold Mr. and Mrs. Vasquez home in Chino and they just moved in a few months ago to their new home in Chino Hills. They are now working on painting, clearing and redoing the home for it to become their home. Mr. and Mrs. Vasquez were great clients for both Diana and I. When I sold their home in Chino, I let them know, based on the information they gave me for the price, city and type of home that they would be looking for, it was going to take a little time and if I sold their home first, they may have to rent for a period of time. Mr. and Mrs. Vasquez had to move in with their daughter for several months, while Diana got their mortgage ready, we went out looking at properties and made several offers. It took us several months, but we found the right home at the right price, that accept our offer. It was a short sale and we were a back up offer, but because we were ready, stayed in place and kept the lines of communication open with the other agent.
